· 8 oz – Up to 50 kg (110 lbs)
· 10 oz – 50–65 kg (110–145 lbs)
· 12 oz – 65–75 kg (145–165 lbs)
· 14 oz – 75–85 kg (165–185 lbs)
· 16 oz – 85+ kg (185+ lbs)

Q: I’m a heavier fighter with big hands — can I wear 10 oz gloves?
A: 10 oz gloves may feel too tight and are not safe for sparring. They are only recommended for bag/pad training. For sparring, heavier fighters should always use 14–16 oz.
Q: Will these gloves last?
