Terms and Conditions

This Sales Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Lynx Sportswear Ltd. (“Lynx”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) sells products to individual Customers and Wholesale Clients via lynx.com.lc.

1) The Seller – Who We Are

Lynx Sportswear Ltd. (“Lynx”) is the legal entity responsible for operating and selling products on lynx.com.lc. Throughout this document, references to “We”, “Us”, and “Our” mean Lynx Sportswear Ltd.

2) The Customer / Wholesaler – Who You Are

By placing an order on lynx.com.lc, you confirm that:
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You are at least 18 years old.

2.1) Wholesale Terms & Conditions / Notice

We welcome wholesale partners (academies, gyms, sports retailers) to purchase Lynx products at wholesale pricing for resale on their own websites or in physical stores.
However, reselling Lynx products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Wholesale accounts found engaging in such activities may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in legal action.
Wholesale payment terms: Net 30 or Net 60 (as agreed).
  • Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest (18% APR) or the maximum allowed by law.
  • Accounts overdue by 15 days may be placed on hold and subject to collection procedures.
  • Wholesalers are responsible for any legal or collection costs due to non-payment.
By registering as a wholesale customer or placing a wholesale order, you agree to these terms.

3) Formation of Contract

All orders are subject to acceptance by Lynx. Order confirmation will be sent electronically (“Order Confirmation”). We reserve the right to refuse orders if:
  • There is an outstanding dispute with the customer.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

4) Prices & Payments

  • All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to update or adjust product pricing at any time.
  • Price matching is not offered.
  • Payments must be completed through approved methods available on our checkout page.

5) Ownership & Risk

Ownership of products transfers to the Customer upon delivery, provided full payment has been received. Lynx retains ownership of all goods until payment is complete.

6) Product Warranty

We warrant that all products sold via lynx.com.lc are of satisfactory quality and free from obvious defects.
  • Concerns regarding product condition must be reported within 14 days of receipt to support@lynx.com.lc.
  • If a verified defect is found, Lynx will replace the item with an equal or higher-value product at no cost.

7) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
  • Hygiene products (mouthguards, face masks, groin guards, etc.)
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Food or nutritional products
Custom Orders:
  • Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Customers may cancel custom orders within 2 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. After this period, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
  • If a package is returned to Lynx due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers must cover re-shipping costs.

8) Liability Disclaimer

Lynx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or website access. Some jurisdictions may not allow such exclusions, so limitations may vary.

9) Notices

All official notices will be delivered in writing via:
  • Email (sent to the address provided by the customer)
  • A posted notice on lynx.com.lc
  • Or by registered mail to the billing address on file
Notices are deemed received within 24 hours (email/online) or 3 business days (postal).

10) Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include:
  • Information you provide (account registration, orders, newsletter sign-ups)
  • Technical information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
  • Usage data collected via cookies
We do not store or process credit card details directly. Payments are handled securely through our authorized payment providers.

11) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Saint Lucia (or your company’s registered jurisdiction). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts.
