1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags and labels intact.
“Final Sale” or customized/personalized items cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Return

Email us at BRGRRHOLDING@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions (and a return shipping label if applicable).

3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Any applicable restocking fees (if applied) will be clearly stated in your approval email.

4. Exceptions

Customized products, final sale items, and hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable) are non-returnable.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 days to reflect.

6. Exchanges

For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item for a refund.
Store credit may also be provided if preferred.
